1:1 Intercultural Leadership Coaching

Want to lead across difference with confidence and care?

Success Culture Coaching is a customized 1:1 leadership coaching experience for men and women who want to lead across difference with confidence and care, not fear or guilt.

My client, Jessi, went from constantly doubting her value & voice to having a clear and confident sense of who she is as a leader.

“What’s changed for me since doing 1:1 coaching with Michelle is my confidence in my own value & navigating cross-cultural relationships. It’s been so freeing, affirming, and fun.”

If you want to lead across cultures with confidence and care, not fear or guilt, you need the right LANGUAGE. But most leaders don’t have language that feels authentic and personalized to their multicultural context.

That’s where intercultural leadership coaching comes in.

Most people who reach out about intercultural leadership coaching are not in crisis. They are just tired of navigating complicated cross-cultural situations without anyone who truly understands what they are carrying.

I’ve worked with over 1,000 leaders around the world, and I see the same patterns everywhere:

  • You’re culturally different from your colleagues

  • You feel misunderstood and not respected the way you should

  • You’re unclear on your voice and what to say/how with people of other cultures

  • You’re unsure on your overall value and unique contribution

You know what you’re missing? The right cultural language. Not performative behaviors. Not overly apologetic postures. But language that helps others better understand you and vice versa.

Inside, you’ll:

– Clearly articulate who you are and what you value so your team better understands & appreciates you

– Articulate the value of your voice & unique contribution in your work context

– communicate effectively with people who are different from you and get things done

– Stop over-accommodating and over-explaining, preserving your credibility

– Increase your visibility and influence

– Step confidently into roles or opportunities aligned with who you are and how you lead

By the end of this work, you’ll know how to lead like yourself and be respected for it in your cross-cultural context.

A Breakdown of the Success Culture Method

This work follows a clear, repeatable process designed for culturally complex leadership decisions.

FIRST: You take a cultural assessment and, based on your scores, together we map out your unique cultural values + strengths.

You may have taken some form of cultural assessment in the past, but I guarantee you won’t have anyone personally unpack it for you the way I can. We’ll go through your data line by line and build out customized language for you to talk about yourself and your unique leadership style. By the time we’re done, you’ll confidently be able to explain who you are, your voice, and unique contributions.

SECOND: We build out a communications and behavioral strategy for everyday scenarios.

No more struggling to know what to say. You’ll get crystal clear on exactly what to say and when, how to explain your needs and preferences, where to set boundaries, and what questions you need to be asking to thrive. This work is part leadership development, part therapy.

What people are saying...

I helped Oscar develop a culturally-aligned leadership style so he could confidently speak up & create positive change in his organization.

Oscar lives in a South American country, and he went from feeling frustrated that he couldn’t express himself authentically without making things awkward or offending people to becoming confident in his own skin and story, knowing exactly what to say and do in any given cross-cultural scenario, and having people praise him for his ideas.

I helped Andrea develop a deeper understanding of her cultural identity so she didn't feel shaken when someone challenged her.

Andrea, who lives in Thailand, went from culturally adapting with locals (but inwardly hating the process) to finding a way to effectively engage that still allowed her to be the most authentic version of herself.
