Terms & Conditions Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) and Success Culture Coaching (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents, govern your use of our websites and digital properties, including any group programs, coaching offers, and downloadable content.

By accessing this site or participating in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or enroll in our offerings.

Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

Use of this website and its offerings is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. Continued use constitutes acceptance of both.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to access or purchase from this site. Our coaching programs are designed for adult men and women, who are leading in culturally diverse and/or cross-cultural work environments.

Program Overview

These terms apply to the Success Culture 1:1 Coaching & Mastermind, which includes:

  • Bimonthly zoom coaching sessions 

  • A cultural assessment & debrief

  • Access to the success culture online curriculum

  • 1:1 coaching support via a private Slack channel

All program components are for personal or internal professional development use only.

Payment Terms

  • Mastermind fee: 5 payments of $300 USD, billed monthly

  • 1:1 Coaching fee: 6 payments of $500 USD, billed monthly

  • Payments are processed via Stripe through your Teachery account, recurring every 30 days for 5 months

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of coaching and digital services, no refunds will be given

  • By enrolling, you waive your right to chargeback or dispute payments through your bank or card provider

  • You are responsible for completing the full payment plan, regardless of whether you participate in the entire program

Session Policies

  • Sessions are delivered bimonthly via Zoom

  • Showing up late may mean you forfeit your hot seat coaching time

  • No-shows = no refunds or reschedules

  • Any scheduled 1:1 time must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice

Use of Materials & Coaching Content

You receive a single-user license to access all curriculum materials. You may not:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute any content (documents, videos, templates)

  • Claim program materials as your own

  • Resell, duplicate, or repurpose any aspect of the curriculum

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and commit to confidentiality around all sensitive topics shared during sessions. Confidentiality does not apply to information already public, previously known to either party, or required to be disclosed by law.

Behavior & Participation

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access without refund if:

  • You become disruptive, disrespectful, or difficult to work with

  • You negatively impact other participants or the coaching container

  • You violate any terms of this agreement

No Guarantees Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results. Outcomes vary based on your personal effort, experience, leadership context, and other factors beyond our control. Testimonials represent individual experiences and should not be assumed as typical or guaranteed results.

Intellectual Property

All content provided in the program — including visuals, documents, branding, and recordings — is the sole property of Success Culture Coaching. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reproduce our materials

  • Use them for your own coaching programs, courses, or products

  • Share them with anyone not enrolled in the program

Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree not to make public or private statements that may harm the other’s business, reputation, or services. We value respect and professionalism in all interactions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for your participation in the program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the program, breach of terms, or misuse of content.

Availability & Interruptions

We aim to provide reliable access to our platforms, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to third-party tools or technical errors outside of our control.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site or program indicates acceptance of all updates.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith mediation before litigation. By enrolling, you consent to the jurisdiction of local courts in that region.
